Great for anyone who wants to educate themselves on the basics of vitamins, minerals, nutritional values and the impacts on the body. I dont think that this app should be 1.00 but instead free. You should not have to pay 1.99 to be sent to a list of options which you have already paid to view and then only be sent to a request to purchase any diet you wish to view. On the other hand, Eat what does provide some great material on health and food options in regards to all types of information when it comes to what the nutritional benefits are of foods, basic information on vitamins/minerals, and also what types of foods and diets are useful for certain health issues. Also there is the cool option of taking a picture of labels on what you eat which then conveniently shows all the basic nutritional value on the specific food or beverage you are consuming.
